Yes, I offer a free initial, no obligation, 20 minute telephone consultation.

I charge £69 per hour for integrative psychotherapy for individuals.  £75 per hour for couples and relationship therapy.

£78 for 90 minute clinical supervision sessions.

Yes, I am an Accredited Professional Registrant member of the  NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and a member of the EMDR Association UK.

Yes, I have full professional indemnity insurance and have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check.

Initially, a warm welcome and some initial conversations about the structure of the sessions, and an initial discussion of our therapy agreement.  We will spend some time together exploring what has brought you to therapy and understanding your history/ life story.  This may include some carefully chosen questionnaires for us to assess any symptoms of trauma and to discuss therapeutic options.

I work from offices in Mawdesley, Lancashire L40 2QP.

Yes, I offer both in person sessions in Mawdesley, and also remote sessions facilitated by Zoom.

Yes, absolutely, since the pandemic there has been much research into EMDR offered remotely and it can be offered safely and with positive outcomes.

It can be a beneficial approach for understanding and healing from past experiences that are impacting now in the present. This includes, but is not limited to, single incident trauma, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, thoughts of ending your life, self-doubt and despair.
